House Key Plus Bremerton Down Payment Assistance Program The City of Bremerton, in partnership with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, presents the House Key Plus Bremerton Down Payment Assistance Program. The program is designed to provide low interest second loans that make home buying affordable for eligible first time home buyers purchasing within the Bremerton City limits. Funding for this program comes from the City of Bremerton's HUD allocation of Federal HOME funds and is matched 3:1 by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Funding is available at this time. KITSAP COUNTY CONSOLIDATED HOUSING AUTHORITY The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority (KCCHA) offers a 0% interest second loan of up to $20,000 for household incomes at or below 80% of county median. The Pacific Planetarium **817 Pacific Ave** **360-616-8915** ThePacific Planetarium offers shows on the 1st Friday of every month for $3/person. These shows will begin every ½ hour from from 5pm until 8pm and will include tours of the upcoming night sky including talks about constellations, planets, and stars of note. This option is excellent for families already downtown for the 1st Friday Art Walk in Bremerton. Also, on the 3rd Friday of each month for $5/person. These shows will begin every hour from 5pm until 8pm and will include detailed information about special topics in astronomy. This option is great for the astronomy buffs in the crowd! Topics will be announced one month in advance.
