(formerly Reasons & Warner Real Estate, Inc.) is a growing real estate and property management company that specializes in investment properties in Kitsap County.  We are a dynamic force in the real estate industry and provide a full array of services for our clients.  We are expanding the real estate sales division seeking people who are articulate, goal-oriented, highly self-motivated, ambitious, professional, energetic and possess exceptional people skills, computer skills and a proficiency in e-mail and internet usage.  The ideal candidate is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who has experience and interest in investment real estate and can demonstrate success in previous experiences.  A strong personal/business network, being active in your community and club affiliations is very helpful.  Candidates who do not yet have a real estate license will be considered for interviews.  However, a license will be required for hiring.  If you do not have your real estate license, we can assist with that process.  There is no limit to how much you can earn in real estate sales.  Compensation is based on commissions, so you will not be held back by subjective evaluations and set annual raises.  We offer agent support, training, marketing, pre-wired associate desks with high-speed Internet access, high computer-to-user ratio for in-office equipment and many quality leads are provided to agents.  We have strong relationships with the areas best financial institutions.
