I worked with Betsy to sell my home in February 2023. Kind of a tumultuous time in the market. I would of underpriced my home and missed out on thousands if I hadn't found her. I thought her sell price recommendation was aggressive but I was certainly wrong and even got an offer above asking. That's why they say trust the experts. Betsy is nothing short of an expert and it was a true pleasure to work with her. She was very communicative, took care of everything that needed to be taken care when I moved to Hawaii. Ashton Evans is pretty much the best real estate agent ever! I'll be the first to admit that my husband and I were probably not the easiest clients to work with (and first time home buyers to boot!) but Ashton went above and beyond to find us exactly what we needed! We were looking for what everyone else in this market needed, but that didn't stop Ashton. Like clock work, she would send us new homes on the market to view online and would take us to see our favorites in person every week until we found something we loved. Ashton gave us her honest opinion on the homes we viewed, both good and bad.Her expertise was invaluable to us and really helped us to make tough choices along the way. What sends Ashton over the top however, was not finding us a home, but the lengths she went to once we were under contract. To make a long story short, in addition to a few bumps along the way, the selling agent didn't seem especially motivated to complete the sale. Ashton was consistently on the phone or computer doing everything in her power to get my family in our new home and keeping us updated at every turn. I would recommend Ashton to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and have actually passed her info on to family members. Their experience with Ashton matched ours. Ryan was so much help selling my house, he could answer any and every question I had and I was satisfied with his answers. He went out of his way to help with so many things that I did not think that agents would do, he would bring me many box's and take large car full of items to the Goodwill. It should be noted that I had lost my husband a short while before meeting Ryan, I am 82 years old and have to use a walker. the house was 2 story, 4 bedrooms, all of which were upstairs, some of which I had not seen for several months. When the house sold, Ryan came over and help me move.I don't think I could have handled it without Ryan. I would recommend him to anyone.

She cared less about her own best interests in making a big sale. She helped us stay practical and realistic but still made sure we found everything we wanted in a home. Ashton was absolutely amazing. She was always available to answer my calls and questions. When she didn't know the answer to my question she researched it and got back to me ASAP. Ashton was always honest and respectful of my time. One time she couldn't make it to our appointment due to a personal emergency and she had a colleague come and show us houses instead of canceling our appointment! We found our perfect 1st home with her and are so glad to have had her help and guidance! We have worked with Betsy for 4 years now. We trusted her to sell tow of our rental properties in Bremerton in 2017, and she did so well with that, we referred our neighbors there who were moving, to trust her to sell their homes for them. She did a great job for those two families, and they were very happy at how successful the sales were for them. Betsy has very high integrity standards and has been promoted to Managing Broker now. We just listed our family home with her to sell in Kingston. It's a little hard to sell our home with so many family memories in it.
